User Data Deletion Instructions — Sayuri Farm (Sayuri Auth / Sayuri OTP)

Sayuri Farm respects your right to request deletion of your personal data.

This page explains how you can request deletion of data that may be associated with:

  • Sayuri Farm accounts (phone / OTP / session records)
  • Third-party login identifiers (e.g., Meta/Facebook login ID, Google login ID), if you used them

A) Fastest Option (If You Used Meta/Facebook Login)
1) Go to your Facebook settings:
Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites
2) Find the Sayuri app (“Sayuri OTP”) and remove it.

Removing the app stops future data sharing from Meta to Sayuri.

B) Request Full Data Deletion From Sayuri
To request deletion of data stored by Sayuri, email us:

Email: admin@sayurifarm.id
Subject: Data Deletion Request — Sayuri

Please include enough information so we can locate your account safely:

  • Phone number used on Sayuri (preferably in international format, e.g., +62…)
  • Your name (if used)
  • If you used Meta/Facebook Login: your Facebook profile link or the email on your Facebook account (optional)
  • If you used Google Login: the email you used for Google login (optional)
  • Any relevant order number(s) if your request is tied to a specific transaction (optional)

C) What We Delete
When we verify your request, we will delete or anonymize:

  • Account identifiers (phone number and linked login identifiers), where feasible
  • Authentication logs and session tokens, where feasible
  • Profile information stored in our systems, where feasible

D) What We May Retain
We may retain limited records if required for:

  • Legal obligations (e.g., accounting, tax, dispute resolution)
  • Fraud prevention and security incident investigation
    When retained, access is restricted and retention is minimized.

E) Timeline
We aim to complete verified deletion requests within 30 days.

F) Confirmation
We will confirm by email once deletion is completed or if we need additional information to verify ownership.
