2) Eligibility
You must be able to form a legally binding agreement under applicable law. If you use the service on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business.

3) Accounts & Authentication (Phone / OTP / PIN / Linked Login)

You may log in using a phone number with verification (OTP), and/or a PIN, and/or linked login providers (e.g., Google, Meta/Facebook) if available.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your device, login session, and any PIN you set.
You agree not to attempt to access accounts that are not yours.

4) Acceptable Use
You agree not to:

Abuse or overload the service (e.g., automated OTP spamming, scraping, or denial-of-service attempts)
Bypass security or attempt unauthorized access
Use the service for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful activities
Interfere with other users’ access or the operation of the service

5) Service Availability
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service to maintain security, comply with law, or improve functionality. We aim to keep the service reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation.

6) Third-Party Services (Meta/Google/WhatsApp/SMS Providers)
If you choose to use third-party login or OTP delivery channels, those services are governed by their own terms and policies. Sayuri is not responsible for outages or policy changes by third-party providers.

7) Privacy

8) Intellectual Property
All trademarks, logos, and content on Sayuri Farm are owned by Sayuri or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission, except as allowed by law.

9) Disclaimer of Warranties
The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10) Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sayuri will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or revenues arising from your use of the service.
